VioSense is envisioned as a structure rather than a single model: it decides which capabilities a problem requires, keeps conclusions attached to evidence and keeps authority with people.
A structure, not a model
A single model answers with whatever it contains. A structure can select among models, apply analytical methods, weigh sources and expose what remains uncertain before anything is acted upon.

Conflicting evidence and uncertainty
Where sources conflict, the vision is to present the conflict, the strength of each position and what evidence would be required to resolve it — rather than producing a confident answer that hides the disagreement.
Component lifecycle
Components are envisioned to be evaluated against their purpose, adopted through a controlled process, monitored in use and reverted to a previously trusted version when a change does not hold.
The ability to perform an action does not automatically create the authority to perform it.
VioSense must become more capable without becoming less controllable, more adaptable without losing its identity, and more intelligent without separating itself from evidence, accountability and human purpose.
